Delivering the goods - time after time
Every time we make a delivery we ask for feedback on the service, delivery, and the overall condition of the plants. The last batch to be analysed showed that on 98% of occasions we meet and exceed customer expectations. 85% of these people rate Johnsons overall service as better than other Nurseries.To encourage participation in this research we put the response cards into a hat and award a marks & Spencer Gift Voucher to the name drawn out.
