We deliver vast quantities of plants throughout the UK and Eire and we regard getting the plants to you as the final stage in the quality process.
We make sure the plants we deliver are to the quality demanded, but we also aim to ensure total customer satisfaction by getting them to site on time and in superb condition. A unique plant labelling system is employed to name and number plants and to identify them as belonging to a particular customer, scheme, and even planting bed. Fail-safe secondary labels are scattered throughout a pallet of plants to assist site staff lacking horticultural knowledge.
Special bespoke plant handling systems have been developed for every size of plant to reduce the risk of damage during transit. All vehicles are insulated curtain-siders which minimise transpiration and desiccation during transit and we have invested in a fleet of smaller vehicles to help with drops of smaller quantities or where access for larger trucks
is difficult.
All vehicles are fitted with mobile phones as standard and all drivers are fully trained and know how to care for their cargo and our customers.
