Our Chairman, John Richardson, is one of the most respected figures in British horticulture. He is a holder of the Pearson Memorial Medal of the Horticultural Trades Association, is an Associate of Honour of the Royal Horticultural Society, and has served on numerous government and trade bodies.

As Group Managing Director, Graham takes ultimate oversight of the business and financial planning for the company. He has taken the lead role in developing the computer and other systems needed to keep the business on track during a period of rapid growth in all areas.

As a joint managing director Andrew is primarily responsible for the sales and marketing function at Johnsons and is also an active member of many industry committees. He is currently serving as President of the Horticultural Trades Association. He too is a holder of the Pearson Memorial Medal, the highest honour bestowed by the HTA.

As a joint managing director Iain has overall responsibility for production and logistics. Iain has hands-on experience of both these areas having run the company's forestry nursery division at Wilberfoss as an independent unit for many years.
